The Nest at the Golden Eagle Resort

The Nest is open for guests and the public for breakfast from 7 a.m. – 11 a.m. on weekends and from 7 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. weekdays, in season.
The Golden Eagle’s restaurant has been serving delicious breakfasts to guests and visitors since 1965. They have a commitment to use local products whenever possible in an effort to not only have the freshest possible ingredients, but they also feel it is vital to support small local business and Vermont agriculture.
The eggs are supplied straight from the poultry farm of Lester Adams in Stowe. All of the milk comes from Mansfield Dairy of Stowe. Butter and cheese are from the Cabot Creamery in Cabot, Vermont. Most the breads and muffins are all baked on premise daily. And breakfast in Vermont would not be the same without 100% natural Vermont Maple Syrup.
