Go Stowe is operated by Stowe, Vermont’s destination marketing organization, the Stowe Area Association (SAA). Here at SAA, we work with event producers to provide information and helpful resources to make your dream event a reality. Here is a list of just some of the services that we offer to event producers—all at no cost.
Event Promotion*
If your event is open to the public, we would love to share it with our dedicated followers, visitors and locals. We promote events through our events calendar and signature events pages, blog posts, social media posts (@gostowe) and email newsletters.
Event planning tips and information
We can connect you with the appropriate people to find a venue, file required paperwork, organize public safety services, and even plan road closures. We can also provide historic occupancy levels to find the perfect time of year for your event.
Business networking services
Connect with local lodging properties, restaurant owners, transportation services, and other businesses to help with your event.
Lodging for event attendees
We operate Stowe Central Reservations and can help you organize lodging for event attendees through dedicated and custom-branded booking links that can be shared on your event website. Depending on the time of year and volume of attendees, we may even be able to secure exclusive lodging discounts for attendees.
*Requires an agreement to promote Go Stowe as the primary Vacation Planning Partner for your event, with either a link for attendees to book their lodging through on your website or in registration communications.
