Enjoy local productions of plays and musicals with the Stowe Theatre Guild or the Lamoille County Players. The Stowe Theatre Guild runs performances from mid-June through early October at the Town Hall on Main Street in Stowe. The Lamoille County Players perform at the historic Hyde Park Opera House, which is located about 15 minutes from Stowe and is the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort.

Spruce Peak Arts

Spruce Peak Arts enriches Stowe's cultural landscape through a diverse lineup of year-round performances, educational programs, and community events. Based in a 420-seat, state-of-the-art performing arts center, the organization welcomes acclaimed musicians, dance companies, family programming, film screenings, and thought-provoking speakers to the mountains of Vermont. Beyond the theater, Spruce Peak Arts also produces Music in the Meadow, a beloved summer concert series held on the scenic grounds of the von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort, bringing live music and community together against the backdrop of the Green Mountains.
