Vermont Ski and Snowboard Museum

Located in the heart of Stowe Village at the blinking light intersection of Rt 100 & 108 in the newly renovated Old Town Hall (1818). Its mission is to collect, preserve and celebrate Vermont’s skiing history the museum offers permanent and rotating exhibits, archives, library, movies and programs.

Current Exhibits:

“Curious & Cool” on view through October 2018. This exhibit highlights unusual and seldom seen objects from the museum’s eclectic collection.

Upcoming Exhibits:

“10th Mountain Division, Past and Present” will open December 2018. This exhibit was created in partnership with the Fort Drum Museum. The upcoming exhibit will compliment the permanent 10th Mountain Division exhibit currently on display. Two hundred and sixty Vermonters who served in the WWII 10th Mountain Division were inducted into Vermont Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame in 2003.
