In partnership with the Town of Stowe, Stowe Vibrancy is very pleased to bring the 4th of July Parade to the Village of Stowe at 12pm. Enjoy a full day of festivities and food – great eats from an array of food vendors, entertainment for the whole family, and live musical performances from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1 – 2 p.m. on the Village green.
Participate in the Stowe 4th of July parade. You are welcome to build a float, drive a truck, walk, run, dance or anything else you can think of – the more creative the better! To participate, just send an email to parade organizer Ashley Getty (ashley@ashleymanagementgrp.com) letting her know who you are (business, team, individual, etc.) and what your entry will be. Additionally, provide her with a short (25 words or less) script for our MC announcements.
At 11 a.m. the world’s shortest marathon will be held in honor of USMC Lt. Ryan Casey. Grab your running shoes and lineup at the entrance to the Stowe Recreation Path to race for the finish line. Then get ready to see this year’s Grand Marshal lead a fantastic display of floats from 12 – 1 p.m. At 6 p.m. head down to the Mayo Fields for one of Vermont’s best and largest displays of fireworks starting at dusk!
