Jasper Hill x Ellison Estate Vineyard are coming together for Vine & Vat pt. 2! This is a chance to explore Vermont natural wine and cave-aged cheese with an evening pairing event. We will pair 5 featured Jasper Hill cheeses with 5 Ellison Estate wines, and get geeky together as we walk through the details of pairing wine, making cheese, and why they work oh-so-well together. Don't miss it!
