Tour de Stowe

Tour de Stowe, a tour de challenge featuring classic skiing through the Trapp Family Lodge countryside with a Cold Hollow cider & donut pitstop, an Expo, and a post-event party at the Von Trapp Bierhall with some Austrian schnitzel and bratwurst, fresh pretzels, and beverages. There will also be a cash bar offering the award-wining Trapp lager.
This event is intended to be a fun challenge for all ages. The courses will start and end at the Trapps Outdoor Center. The 22km course will be a loop and there will be a 14 km cutoff for those who prefer the shorter distance. The 5K course is for young skiers with a blueberry soup stop.
The hills truly are alive! Skiing, friends, delicious food, fun products, and a community celebration in the Bierhall are certainly a few of our favorite things! Proceeds go to the Stowe Nordic Foundation which supports youth nordic programs in northern Vermont.
