This community offering begins with a gentle 60-minute sound bath surrounded by crystal bowls, chimes, bells, drums, and calming vibrations — followed by time to refresh and restore through our community sauna experience, including infrared sauna, traditional sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub.
It’s a simple summer evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and spend time in community.
