On September 11, The Current will host a film screening and discussion of Disrupt(ed) with producer Adriana Teresa Letorney, journalist Bharat Krish (Time/Newsweek), and The Current’s Executive Director Rachel Moore. Disrupt(ed) explores the media industry’s decline, its impact on freelance visual journalists, and the broader implications for democracy.
