Our electric bike tours on the scenic, car-free Lamoille Valley Rail Trail allow you to travel through and experience the food, fun and adventure of Vermont with ease and energy! We offer a variety of self-guided and guided tours that combine shopping, dining, recreation, site seeing and exploring all from the seat of a pedal-assist electric bike. We can also customize a group tour to suite your special occasion, be it birthday, bachelor/bachelorette, reunion or retirement party. You name it!

Fall Foliage Adventure Tour
View the spectacular beauty of Vermont’s foliage up close and personal with a self guided E-bike adventure on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. Add to the working farm landscape, sweeping fields of flowers, beautiful and wild river plain, and breathtaking mountainous scenery the brilliant colors of Autumn’s foliage and you’re in for an unforgettable experience! We will provide a Ride Guide full of information about the LVRT and the many shops and restaurants accessible from the trail and you have the freedom to decide where you want to go and what you want to see. Enjoy hot Vermont apple cider and delicious maple cookies from Butternut Mountain Farm upon your arrival and receive a 10% discount to their fabulous store located right near the trail!

E-Bike and Brew Tour
Beer and Bikes, two of man’s greatest inventions! We bring the two together on a guided E-Bike adventure tour that includes stops at three local breweries from the seat of your electric bicycle almost exclusively on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail! Along with the pedal assist E-Bike rental this tour includes a scenic ride through the VT countryside along with an opportunity to sample great craft beers, explore the breweries, enjoy an appetizer at one of the breweries and receive two pint glasses as a souvenir of your trip! A cool and calm adventure for the beer lover who wants to see and sip the best of Lamoille County the way the locals do!

Tea House Tour
Ride the scenic LVRT from Morrisville Oxbow Park to the town of Johnson, VT. Follow a picturesque back road route to Fledermaus Teahouse, a uniquely beautiful European-styled barn café located in the hills of rural Johnson. Enjoy a walk through the on-site herb gardens, a tea or coffee among the shaded wooded scenery of their outdoor accommodations or sit inside the quaint teahouse surrounded by the heavy timbers of a hand-crafted carriage barn. This self-guided tour includes an E-bike rental along with a hot or cold beverage and dessert of your choice! Guests are free to enjoy additional food at your own expense. Finish off this unique tour by returning to the rail trail and sailing back to Morrisville on your E-bike!

Pedal Paddle Tour
This self-guided tour combines a scenic E-bike ride on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail with an equally grand canoe excursion down the Lamoille River with VT Canoe and Kayak. Pedal the rail trail from Johnson following the river all the way to riverbank headquarters of VT Canoe and Kayak in Jeffersonville. From there you’ll park your bike, get outfitted with your boat (canoe or kayak) and get dropped off upriver floating your way back to your E-bike transportation. Following your paddle you’ll enjoy a leisurely bike ride back to your car. All equipment (E-bike, helmet, saddle bag/canoe or kayak, life jacket, paddle) will be provided for you. Pedal then paddle on this ultimate Vermont adventure!

Summer Adventure Tour
Our self-guided Summer Adventure Tours offered July through mid September are designed to be flexible and give you plenty of time to explore the best parts of the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail at your own pace. We will provide a Ride Guide full of information about the LVRT and the many shops and restaurants accessible from the trail and you have the freedom to decide where you want to go and what you want to see. Try picnicking by the river or on a scenic area of the trail. Take a dip in a classic Vermont swimming hole! Plan your day around some shopping and dining at any of the authentic Vermont shops, cafes and restaurants located in each town, or in some cases, right on the trail. You can also use the time to bike as much of the trail as you can fit into your tour time!
