B3 Fest – Bikes, Brews & BeatsJune 14 - 16, 2019
The B3 Fest – Bikes, Brews & Beats is an annual celebration of Vermont mountain biking, craft beverages and music. This town-wide festival offers family-friendly events, food and drink specials, live music, group rides and more.
Summer (un)officially starts in the historic downtown Village of Stowe at the 2019 B3 Fest Block Party, featuring music by DJ 2 Rivers and samples and tastings from some of the area’s finest producers of craft brews and artisan foods. Vendors include: The Alchemist, Mountain Ops, Pinnacle Ski & Sports, Ranch Camp, Stowe Cider, Stowe Sandwich, and Stowe Trails Partnership. Right after the block party is the Critical Mass Ride, a family-friendly bike ride on Mountain Road en route to the B3 Fest Kick-Off Party at Piecasso Pizzeria & Lounge. Follow a float with music by DJ 2 Rivers!
Piecasso Pizzeria & Lounge will be raffling three bikes this year at the kick-off party after the Critical Mass Ride. The bikes include two European-style cruisers and a kids mountain bike. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Stowe Trails Partnership. Raffle tickets can be purchased at Piecasso Pizzeria & Lounge bar or at the B3 Fest Block Party.
During B3 Fest weekend, event host Stowe Trails Partnership (STP) will offer mountain bike group rides throughout town, which start from and end at participating B3 Fest venues. See full schedule here. All group rides are free to the public, including:
- Secret Safari Ride (advanced)
- Sterling Valley Ride (intermediate)
- Relaxed Social Ride (beginner)
Stowe Cider will host the Saturday evening gathering on Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 4 – 7 p.m. There will be live music with Zack Dupont and Marr Deluca and $5 flights for all of-age participants.
The event is organized by STP, a Stowe-based non-profit organization that partners with the community to build and maintain a world-class trail network. STP manages more than 30 miles of mountain bike trails in Stowe.
