Winter

Umiak is Stowe’s backcountry ski specialist. We have ski demos available and offer a full schedule of backcountry ski clinics. We’ve got equipment from K2,  Scott, Fischer, Black Diamond, and G3. Umiak is also Vermont’s leading dealer of TUBBS and TSL Snowshoes! Snowshoeing has become one of the world’s favorite winter recreational activities. Our selection of winter clothing will have you looking stylish and like a pro while enjoying the snow.
