Candy Cane Making Demonstrations
Back to Laughing Moon Chocolates
Join Laughing Moon Chocolates for candy cane making demonstrations – a holiday highlight.
Demonstrations occur every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 11 a.m. and additionally on Saturdays at 2 p.m. from November 29 to December 22, 2019 at 78 South Main Street in the Stowe Village.
Laughing Moon Chocolates makes homemade Candy Canes in Stowe each year between Thanksgiving and Christmas. For many, it has become a holiday tradition to watch as candy makers boil, pull, turn, roll, and twist these special Candy Canes into works of art which are both beautiful and delicious.
Laughing Moon makes Candy Canes in five flavors: peppermint, spearmint, cinnamon, wintergreen, and maple. Candy Cane making demonstrations are a fun, family oriented event which takes place at Laughing Moon Chocolates. Candy cane making demonstrations begin promptly at 11 a.m. each Friday, Saturday and Sunday with an additional demonstration at 2 p.m. on Saturdays.
Here is how it works: Space at Laughing Moon is limited so they take guest’s names on a first come first serve basis, allowing for people to make their own Candy Canes as time and space permits. Admission is free to watch and $6.00 per person to make your own Candy Cane. The folks at Laughing Moon do their best to accommodate everyone but be prepared, it does get crowded.
